Javier Fernandez: “The hook-up!”
Javier Fernandez, also knows as Javi, is a man with many tittles. He is not only a journalist, sometimes creative writer, but he is also our very own ghswarriorvoice “hook-up” with the other source of on-campus news GTV. Some of Javi’s interests include Drama (the class), playing Badminton, and working with magic. Although many people don’t know Javier has a few magic tricks up his sleeve, no pun intended. In his free time he can be found watching The Big Bang Theory or 50/50 and he enjoys “watching paint dry.” Don’t hesitate to say hello to our sweetheart of a co-writer, even though one of his greatest dislikes is The Human Race. Gabe Reyes: Writer/ Reporter!
Gabe is a Senior and member of GHS Warrior Voice who enjoys listening to music and hanging out with friends. His favorite sports include football and basketball, and he’s played football since he was a kid. His favorite color is red and his favorite movie is “Friday.” He doesn’t really watch TV, but when he does it’s usually NCIS or Two and A Half Men. Sylvia Yang: A Very Creative Writer
Sylvia Yang is one of our talented creative writers, who has been writing for approximately seven years now. Not only is Sylvia a successful writer and student but she is also an easy-going person. Some of her interests include playing tennis, drawing, baking, along with singing and listening to music. Like her friend Kelly Cook (also a creative writer for ghswarriorvoice.com), Sylvia’s favorite color is blue. Her favorite movie is How to Train Your Dragon and her favorite television series are How I Met Your Mother and CSI: NY. In school, aside from creative writing with ghswarriorvoice.com, her favorite subjects are Human Anatomy and Biology. Some of her dislikes are “People who don’t like smiley faces(: and people who don’t like chocolate.” One thing important to know about Sylvia is that she is TERRIFIED of mosquitoes! She “has a total phobia of them!” Something that people would be surprised to learn about Sylvia Yang is that even though she can handle riding a roller coaster, she can’t go on the Ferris Wheel. So, if you ever run into her at an amusement park, invite her to ride the roller coaster instead of the wheel, and you’ll be guaranteed to have a great time with our super talented creative writer – the one and only Sylvia Yang!

Kelly Cook: Creative Writer
Kelly Cook, a senior student at Galt High School, and forms a part of the creative writers’ authors group known as “Writers’ Bloc.” Some of Kelly’s favorite things are: football, the color blue (in any shade), Disney movies, “Phineas and Ferb”, writing, drawing, singing, reading and playing video games. Her favorite classes and subjects in school are Choir and Creative Writing. Besides all these things she likes, there are also some things she dislikes such as drama in friendships, getting old, and prejudice. Although it is easy to understand authors by the way they write, there are still some things that people don’t know about Kelly. An example of that would be that she knows a few movies and episodes of shows by heart! And she does not judge people by their appearance…ever!
